We were privileged to have Mr. Santosh Parandwal A.L.T SCOTT, assistant district commissioner (Bharat Scouts & Guides), and also a prominent member of the Child Welfare Committee (CWC), conduct a 3-hour session on the history and importance of scouting.
He kept the children enthused through action songs, claps, and yells in true scouting spirit. He also spent some time teaching the boys morsecode. Earlier our Institute did have a scout troop but for some reason, the troop was disbanded. There is a conscious effort being made this year to reignite the spirit of scouting in the house with the help.and assistance of Mr. Parandwal. He will be ably assisted by Fr. Sunil Pinto and Cl. Nitesh Damor
who are trained scoutmasters.
