From 30th October to 3rd November, 2019, few of the school going boys of Bosco Boys Home (BBH), Borivali participated in the camp organised by the NGO ‘Our Children’ at Yusuf Meheralli centre at Panvel. 9 boys from BBH accompanied by a staff attended the camp along with the other 10 NGO’s. The Theme for the camp was ‘Learning Beyond’ i.e. discovering one’s self and building of self-confidence.
During the camp days, the boys were introduced to indwelling fire, slack lining, puppet show, toy making, mime art, mallakhamb and even taught magic. The camp also had hike to Karnala fort, visits to Oil mill, Soap factory and Pottery department. The camp was indeed an experience of learning, adventure and enjoyment.
