05 June 2020: IN SYNC’ WITH NATURE : Celebrating World Environment Day in Bosco Boys Home.
To foster love and concern for our Nature, the boys at our institute took up various “green initiatives” throughout the day. Under the able guidance of Fr. Corlis Gonsalves, the Rector, Fr. Sunil Pinto, Cl. Nitesh Damor & Mr. Keith Dsouza, a fruit garden was planted on campus.
Later an art competition was held for the boys on the theme: CARE FOR CREATION. Creativity was seen at its best at this competition.
During the ‘Good-Night Talk’, Cl. Nitesh Damor, assistant to the boys, prepared a small PPT presentation on the current ecological crisis and proposed certain ‘green changes’ that need to be implemented at our institute for a better, greener, cleaner tomorrow.
