Joseph says…”Wine Tasting is an art, science, leisure, pleasure, excitement & my divine passion” and one needs toIMG-20150515-WA0063 gradually understand the nuances of wine through this knowledgeable and insightfulFood & Wine pairing session which was celebrated by the Guest and Hotel Management Students, and was Appreciated by all present.
We had several varietals of Wine to taste such as,White Wine, Red Wine, Rose Wine and Sparkling Wine.

How to store wine at a proper temperature, How to open a bottle of wine, How to pour wine, The art of  wine tasting, Wine and health, How many berries of grape make a glass of wine, How many bubbles in a bottle of sparkling wine.
Joseph Concluded the wine Tasting by raising the Sparkling wine Toast to this enjoyable event by saying…Cheers to wine & cheers to a healthy heart.
