Bosco Boys Home Technical Institute, Borivali ‘believes in the Best and for the Best’ for the students and tries to provide the best of the infrastructure and Instructors for them. Keeping in sync with the goal to provide the latest facilities for the education of the students and to help them to grow into well skilled trainers; the institute renovated the workshops, washrooms and also constructed a state of art conference hall for the better growth and development of the students in their respective trades of Electrical, Two-wheeler (Yahama), Auto-mobiles and RAC and Hotel Management training programmes.
The conference hall was named ‘Don Bosco Conference Hall.’ It was inaugurated by Mr. Hans-Jürgen Dörrich, the Head of the Corporate Cooperation, Don Bosco Mondo, Germany and blessed by Fr. Corlis Gonsalves SDB, the Rector of Bosco Boys Home, Borivali.
The ceremony began with the lighting of the lamp followed by the felicitation programme, the inauguration of the hall and the blessings of the renovated workshops. Mr. Dörrich in his speech said, “I am very happy for you the students of Bosco Boys Home Technical Institute. The management and the staff are providing you great infrastructure make good use for these facilities for your growth and become well trained professionals.” Fr. Gonsalves, the Rector and Director of the Institute thanked Mr. Dörrich and Fr. Solomon for their presence and loving support.
Nikhil Shinde one of the students from Automobiles shared, “It is very nice. Now we will have separate workshops for our practical classes and also a conference hall where we can have sessions and seminars on various courses.”
